Pick Up Information

We contact each family who reserved a puppy and give you a time slot. Each family gets a half hour to pick up their puppy. Picks are done in order of deposits. The start time is usually noon on a SATURDAY. If you cannot make it on pick-up day, you will have to do it through video, pictures, etc. you can not hold up the families behind you. You need to have your vet appointment already set up, as we would like for your vet to agree your getting a healthy puppy. We give you only 72 hours from take home to have this locked in place or your guarantee is void.  Also, CASH ONLY on pick up. You will need collars (8-11″) usually at this size, collars, bowls, crates with divider, and FOOD. ( We recommend you do not change their food, as it will cause belly upset). It’s a great food and they do well on it. Puppy-safe toys. Any questions we are always here to answer. This is the BEST day for us and the puppies. The smiles we see on the families’ faces are so worth the long 8 weeks.
